Your customized travel arrangements begin with submitting our Custom Itinerary form either online, via email or fax. Upon receipt of your form and initial $200 non-refundable independent travel fee, a Brekke travel consultant will provide suggestions and create your personal day-to-day itinerary. Please note that we receive numerous requests for this service which entails detailed knowledge and time to process; thus customized travel requests require an initial non-refundable $200 fee, which will be applied to your final balance, provided your travel arrangements are greater than $1500 per person, not including airfare. (Independent travel arrangements totaling less than $1500 per person will not have the fee applied to the final balance.)
