Depart Mpls/St.Paul on your transatlantic flight or request space from your home city upon registration.

Day 2 June 16 / July 8 / Aug. 1 / Sept. 3 - Oslo
Arrive at Gardermoen Airport Oslo. Transfer to hotel in city center. Balance of day free to relax and adjust to time change. Welcome dinner and overnight at Grand Hotel/Rica Victoria Hotel/Thon Hotel Bristol. [D]

Day 3 June 17 / July 9 / Aug. 2 / Sept. 4 - Oslo
Morning sightseeing tour of Oslo includes a visit to Vigeland Sculpture Park, the Viking Ship Museum and the Norwegian Folk Museum.Afternoon and evening free for shopping and independent explorations. Dinner on own. [B

Day 4 June 18 / July 10 / Aug. 3 / Sept. 5 - Oslo - Flåm - Voss
Drive through the beautiful Hallingdal Valley to Gol. Continue to Hol and down the spectacular Aurland Valley to Flåm. Board the Flåm Railway, ranked as one of the top 20 train rides in the world. Within 13 miles ascend 2800 feet to Myrdal, where we change to the famous Oslo/Bergen Railway and continue by train to Voss. Dinner and overnight at the historic Fleischer’s Hotel. [B,D]

Day 5 June 19 / July 11 / Aug. 4 / Sept. 6 - Bergen Excursion
Excursion to Norway’s second largest city, Bergen. Our city sightseeing tour includes Troldhaugen, home of Norway’s renowned musician, the late Edvard Grieg. Tour concludes with a guided walk through the historic Hanseatic Wharf, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Time on own for a stroll through the colorful Fish Market, shopping or other independent explorations prior to our return to Voss for dinner and overnight at hotel. [B,D]

Day 6 June 20 / July 12 / Aug. 5 / Sept. 7 - Voss - Loen
Drive over the Vik Mountains. Ferry across the mighty Sognefjord from Vangsnes to Hella. Continue along the fjord to Sogndal and on the Fjærland road to Skei. Opportunity to purchase quality crafts and woven products at Audhild Viken’s Weaving Workshop. Afternoon excursion to the sparkling Briksdal Glacier. Proceed to Loen. Dinner and overnight at the lovely Alexandra Hotel. [B,D]

Day 7 June 21 / July 13 / Aug. 6 / Sept. 8 - Loen - Geiranger - Ålesund
Cruise the renowned Geiranger Fjord (a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2005) from Geiranger to Hellesylt. Pass through the wild landscape of Velledalen en route to Ålesund, situated on the coast and ringed by islands. Dinner and overnight at Radisson SAS Hotel Ålesund. [B,D]

Day 8 June 22 / July 14 / Aug. 7 / Sept. 9 - Ålesund - Trondheim
Depart Ålesund. Drive to Molde and on to the fishing village of Bud, which in the 16th & 17th centuries was the most important trading center between Bergen and Trondheim. Lunch in Bud. Drive the Atlantic Ocean Road with the vast and boundless ocean on one side and majestic snow-clad mountain peaks towering on the other. Continue to Trondheim. Dinner and overnight at Radisson SAS Royal Garden Hotel/Quality Hotel Augustin. [B,L,D]

Day 9 June 23 / July 15 / Aug. 8 / Sept. 10 - Trondheim
Morning sightseeing tour of Trondheim includes a visit to the Nidaros Cathedral, one of the most splendid cathedrals in Scandinavia. Afternoon free. Farewell dinner and overnight at hotel. [B,D]

Day 10 June 24 / July 16 / Aug. 9 / Sept. 11 - Trondheim - USA
